I love children who can’t be happy in victory, but who act childish instead
Grats Yorktown
cya next year
from an unbiased spectator, town absolutely deserved this win….i dont know why they didn’t go straight to their trademark stall when it was 16-12, but they still finished big, owning on the ride and truly hustling until the final seconds. Good luck on the road to states, rep our section well, see ya next year.
I dont understand. I thought the team who had girls who scored huge amounts in meaningless games to get big scoring records automatically should win section title. What went wrong ?
FL plays a weak schedule, and Yorktown plays the best comp out there. No doubt that helps. Great game, the better “team” won. FL relies too much on one or two players.
Hey fan man and goals. Why so bitter?
FL lost by one point. They clearly deserved to be there playing against Yorktown & Yorktown won. YT deserves it.
Why don’t you wish all of these athletes well instead of put downs? Why not set a good example for these kids?
Before you write next time ask yourselves if your daughters would be proud of what you are about to send?
They are children. Hopefully they will grow up and learn that being gracious in victory is as important as being gracious in defeat.

Real Fan and Phil- Amen!
Well “Real fan of all the girls” and “phil,” you two are clearly a couple of deep thinkers so here’s something to ponder. A team that regularly ran scores up against weak opponents seemingly to allow its best players to score loads of goals and inflate their stats is neither setting a “a good example” nor is it being “gracious.” 19-6 vs Ossining with one star scoring nine goals is just one example.
Cya!
Was mostly talking about fans being gracious but whatever.
PS…Give it a rest with your obvious jealousy over stats. I’m sure the Division 1 coaches
who gave out scholarships to a couple of very deserving young Ladies from FL did so not by looking at stats, but by seeing and talking to the girls.

Lax- move on. There’s nothing you can do about any of it. They’re out, so let’s move forward
Real fan of all the girls” and “phil” – it must be really cool to sit on that high horse and pass judgement. You must have godlike ability to recognize good and bad behavior.
While on that high horse maybe do a little self reflection.
Hold on to the reins – it might get a little rough.
Why do people dislike my team. Why? Why? Why?
Maybe its because it ran up scores against weak teams in meaningless games. Maybe its because the high scorers were the ones scoring those goals instead of the subs. Maybe because you tried to score in the final seconds when already having a 10 goal lead.
Alright – done with you – gallup away.
What a pile of you know what lol. You have been passing judgement every time you open up your mouth. Don’t you see that ?
PS…My full name is Phil Moles.
PSS…As a huge fan of the NY Yankees, I am used to having people hate my team. I could care less who you like or hate.

Yorktown was just better. Simple as that.
