the video of the yorktown vs john jay lacrosse game is not working.. any way to make it work?
are we sure that the games go C A B? I thought the B game was in the 5pm slot.
I was at the LP-Pac Game. The LP goalie was great! She was the star of the game. She has such great stick skills and is fast. She was fun to watch. I am glad that she is a junior and she will be around next year. I think she is the best goalie in the section. Great game goalie!
Harold,
When are the all league and all section teams annouced?
Harold,aka Mr. G
Can you tell us what section, when and where our Section 1 winners will be playing? Thanks
Time check,
The order is correct. It will go C-A-B throughout the postseason (regionals, state semifinals and finals). The order rotates every year
laxman,
The all-section meeting is June 2 at Fox Lane.
Lax Town,
The Section 1 winners get a bye in the regional semifinals. They will play the Section 2/Section 9 winner in the regional final June 6 at Lakeland.
too many choices , Lakeland was out played and mahopac was gyped by the reffs
lax is life,
Lets show some sportsmanship on this blog. I was complementing the LP goalie for a great game and then you got nasty. Why? No need. Btw, Lakeland was not out played and in OT, they controlled the entire game.
I agree with too many choices… The LP goalie is definitely stand out. She has the confidence to come out, and can still control the ball with great stick work. Not too many high school goalies can do that. She had control of her defense and communicated well.
As for Pac controlling the game, absolutely not. Yes, they got shots in, but the game was definitely controlled by LP. I feel they could have gotten more, but you could tell they definitely had some younger players. They were well coached, and worked hard every second, and constantly worked to improve when they made the slightest mistake.
